We are a small family-run student lettings business. We are about as Nottingham-centric as they come! We love everything about our city from its beautiful parks to its busy nightlife.

We only manage our own properties within Nottingham. We are not an agent and we do not work outside of Nottingham. This is so that we can focus 100% on making sure every single one of our tenants has a great experience staying in one of our student homes.

We have been catering to students in Nottingham since 1992. We are founding members of the Unipol Accrediation Scheme to ensure high-quality student accommodation standards in Nottingham.
All of our properties are HMO registered with full-burglar and fire-alarms throughout. All our properties come fully furnished and clean. We take the stress out of renting.
